What are your support hours?+
Email is answered within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Phone support is Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Mountain Time. Urgent matters via bl@blacklayers.ca are typically answered within 12 hours.
I have a bug in one of your iOS apps. How do I report it?+
Email info@blacklayers.ca with the app name, your iOS version, device model, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or screen recordings speed things up enormously. Critical crashes are usually patched within one App Store cycle.
I want to hire Black Layers for a project. What's the process?+
Use the Start a Project button or email bl@blacklayers.ca with a short brief — what you want built, your timeline, and your budget range. We respond within 24 hours with either a scoping call invite or a polite decline if it isn't a fit.
Do you offer refunds on iOS subscriptions?+
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com — we have no ability to process refunds on our end.
Where is Black Layers legally based?+
BLACK LAYERS CORP. is a Canadian corporation registered in the Province of Alberta. All contracts and legal matters are governed by Alberta law.
How do I delete my data from your apps?+
Most of our apps store data locally — deleting the app from your device removes all data. For apps with cloud storage (ARRIV), email info@blacklayers.ca with the account email and we'll process deletion within 30 days per PIPEDA.
